Renewed Quality
A renewed laptop has been professionally inspected, tested, repaired where needed, and certified before resale. It's not simply resold "as-is" like a used laptop — it goes through our full quality process. See our Why Renewed page for the full breakdown.
Yes — when done properly. Every laptop we sell passes a multi-point diagnostic and is backed by a 3-month hardware warranty. If something fails due to a component defect within 3 months, we fix it or replace it at no charge.
We sell Grade A and Grade A+ devices. Grade A laptops are in excellent working condition with minor cosmetic marks (if any) visible only on close inspection. Grade A+ are virtually indistinguishable from new. All laptops arrive with a clean OS install, updated drivers, and no data from the previous owner.
We check every battery as part of our inspection. If battery health is below our minimum threshold, we replace it before the laptop is sold. The specific battery health percentage can be shared on request — just ask us before you commit.
Warranty & Returns
Hardware defects — motherboard, RAM, SSD, GPU, screen (non-physical), ports, keyboard (hardware failure). It does not cover physical damage (drops, liquid), cosmetic wear, software issues, or damage from misuse. Full details on our Warranty page.
Yes. You have 15 days from delivery to return it for a full refund, no questions asked. The laptop needs to be in the same condition you received it, with original packaging. WhatsApp or call us to start the process.
Contact us by WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order details and a description of the issue. We'll diagnose remotely first — if the device needs to come in, we'll arrange collection or drop-off and fix or replace it under warranty.
Delivery
1–2 business days across the UAE. Dubai orders often arrive next day. We'll give you a tracking number once your laptop is shipped.
Delivery is free — always. No minimum order, no delivery fee, regardless of which emirate you're in.
Not yet — we're currently UAE-only. KSA and Bahrain are planned. If you're outside the UAE, get in touch and we'll see what's possible.
Pricing & Payment
Our stock changes regularly, and pricing depends on exact configuration, condition grade, and current availability. We show indicative "from AED X" ranges, but the real price comes from a quick WhatsApp — it takes 2 minutes and gives you an accurate number for the specific unit you're buying.
Typically 30–50% off the retail price for an equivalent new model. The savings vary by brand and age of the model — ask us for a specific comparison.
Bank transfer, cash on delivery (Dubai), and card payment. Ask us about payment options for your order — we'll find what works for you.
Support & Upgrades
For any laptop you buy from us, our team is available to help — setup, troubleshooting, upgrade advice — for as long as you own it. No time limit, no tickets, just WhatsApp or call us.
